Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team during night hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth, primarily with clients. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work independently and closely with cross-functional teams to meet strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in markets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, emails, and online meetings.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to develop compelling proposals and pitches.
  • Maintain CRM and track sales pipeline, leads, and client interactions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to growth planning.
